We worked with Leana for over a yr and more recently Kathy. They have been very professional, personable and easy to work with. we have looked at dozens of houses physically, hundreds on line and Leana has walked us through the process the whole way. She has patiently gone through two contracts  that we got out of to find the perfect home for us.
