When you select us as your agent, we will set-up a time to jump on a zoom call so that we can meet (virtually) “face-to-face” to go over the specifics of your home search criteria and your goals moving forward so that we can start sending you listings and showing you homes. Depending on your criteria, this call can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes. We want to make sure we are all on the same page in regards to your must-haves, preferences and areas that you would consider so that we can be sure we are sending you all of the homes you would consider, both on and off-market, and to make sure you are not missing out on any great opportunities.
During this time, we will also answer questions you may have and give you insights on the market and different avenues we can take to set you up for success when we find that perfect home. Within 24-48 hours of this call, we will start sending you listings that meet your criteria within your comfort zone so that we can start showings on your desired homes.
