We are dedicated to finding the perfect home for you both on and off the market. Automated emails IS NOT something that we do, so every home we send to you will be hand-selected based on the criteria you gave us and we will have run numbers on it based on your current interest rate and loan program to make sure it is within your comfort zone before sending it to you. This way, you already know you are comfortable with the payment and out-of-pocket costs and all you have to decide is if you love the home or not.
We are constantly reaching out to other agents to see if they have any listings coming up that might meet your criteria and also search through homes that were previously listed and did not sell to see if we can find any off-market opportunities for you in order to explore all options and see if we can avoid some of the buyer competition. If there are any specific neighborhoods or streets you love, we will call around and/or door knock to see if anyone is interested in selling!
Time is of the essence when you are searching for a home. Multiple times per day, we are checking your search for new opportunities. When we send you homes that we think you will love, we always follow-up via text so that you can take a look right away and that we can schedule a showing immediately in the case that you would like to check it out.
If there are multiple homes to see in one day, we like to be efficient about the process and schedule any showings back to back if possible, in a “route” that makes sense so that we aren’t driving back and forth or going out multiple times per day. We know you are busy and do not want to waste your time!
