Settlement and Move-in

Settlement is the day that you finally get the keys to YOUR house! We like to meet you at the home for a pre-settlement walkthrough prior to settlement to ensure complete confidence and comfort before signing on the dotted line. At the walkthrough, we are simply making sure everything still looks and functions as it should, that the seller has removed all personal possessions and left behind any previously agreed upon inclusions, and seeing the home one last time before it officially becomes yours!

Settlement typically occurs at our office or a nearby office location and can take anywhere between 30-90 minutes. Here you are signing your loan documents and the final closing documents to make it official.
